When will I receive my vouchers?
All our vouchers bought online are e-vouchers, so will arrive via email within a few minutes of purchase. You will receive an order acknowledgement email confirming that we have received your order.
If you selected for the voucher to be sent to ‘someone else’ – you will receive confirmation that they have been sent the voucher to the email address you specified. If you selected to receive the voucher to the ‘same address’ – you will receive the e-voucher that you can either print or forward onto the recipient. Please note: the e-voucher will be sent to the recipient at the time of purchase.
If you can’t find the e-voucher in your inbox, please check your junk folder!
- To be redeemed vouchers will need to be shown at the zoo on the day of visit/keeper experience (no need to print, the digital version is fine)
- If the full value of the voucher is not used no change will be given.
- Vouchers are not transferable and cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.
- Vouchers must not be resold or transferred for profit or commercial gain.
- Vouchers are redeemable at Crocodiles of the World only.
- All experience bookings are subject to availability.
