We shall update this FAQ as and when things change, so do keep checking prior to visiting.
When are you open?

Yes, the booking system will only let you book a specific day and either the morning of afternoon session. These can be booked on the day of your visit if allocation allows. Tickets are not transferrable, so you must visit on your allocated date and am/pm session.
Do I have to arrive at the start of the session?
No, you can arrive at any time during your morning or afternoon session, but last entry will be one hour before the session ends. We are seeing queues for the start of each session and so if you’d rather avoid this we’d advise you arrive after the start of the session i.e 9:45am rather than 9am.
