Zoo gift vouchers

Vouchers can be redeemed against zoo admission or to make purchases around the zoo, they are also available for the zoo's full range of events.
What can I spend my gift voucher on?
You can spend your gift voucher on:
- Admission to open days
- Guided tours of the zoo
- Crocodile keeper experiences
- Animal adoptions
- Or you can spend the gift voucher in our gift shop
When will I receive my gift voucher?
Your order will be processed within 24 hours and you will receive confirmation of your order via email. Vouchers will be sent by post and delivered to you within 5 working days.

Vouchers are available in denominations of £5, £10, £25 and £50.

Terms of use
- Vouchers are valid from the date of purchase until the expiry date (12 months). All gift vouchers must be used within 12 months of the purchase date.
- Where the face value of the voucher is not used in full, no change will be given.
- Vouchers cannot be extended, are non-refundable and non transferable.
- Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and are non returnable or transferable.
- Vouchers re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain will be void.
- This voucher is redeemable at Crocodiles of the World only.
- All bookings are subject to availability.
