Once you've made a provisional booking, you can arrange your free pre-visit.

Simply contact us to book to book a convenient time and a staff member will be on hand to discuss what is important to you in ensure your visit is a success.

We will do all we can to make your visit run smoothly, as well as being fun, informative, and safe.

Please remember that:

• Schools will remain responsible for children when visiting the zoo in organised school trips and are encouraged to undertake their own risk assessment.
• It is the responsibility of teachers and group leaders to supervise the children at all times.

This information is also given in the guidelines on the booking form that all visiting groups must sign to say they agree to comply with.
